A Diagnostic Audit, using selected criteria from "Ways to Quality", can systematically shed light on structures and processes, so as to gain an objective picture of the current "state of health" of an organisation, its individual areas of activity or its responsible groups; and also includes indications and recommendations, based on this "health check", that can lead an organisation further on its path. Diagnostic Audits are also used occasionally as additional decision-making and implementation support for introducing "Ways to Quality" and making it productive.
